Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of amberglobalhealth.com and the Amber platform (the “Service”), operated by Amber Global Talent Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17120376, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (trading as “Amber Global Health”, and referred to here as “Amber”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
2. What Amber is — and is not
Amber is a marketplace that helps internationally qualified healthcare professionals connect with employers and agents. We are not your employer, and we do not provide legal, migration, immigration or medical advice. We do not guarantee employment, placement, a visa outcome, or professional registration. Employers and agents are responsible for their own recruitment decisions and checks; candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they provide.
3. Membership and fees
Some features require a paid membership or subscription. The price, what is included, the commitment period and any instalment option are shown at the point of purchase, and payment is taken through our payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Klarna, Clearpay). Instalment options let you spread the cost of a fixed annual commitment; they are not an ongoing rolling subscription. Cancellation and refund terms are as described at purchase and as required by consumer law.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, registrations or right to work.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content.
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data, or interfere with its operation.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant Amber a non-exclusive licence to host, store and display that content to operate the Service — including making your profile visible to employers and agents where you choose. You confirm you have the rights to share the content you upload.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, the Amber and Amber Global Health brands, and all platform content and course materials, are owned by Amber or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.
7. Guides and third-party information
Our guides and any regulatory or country information are provided for general information only and may change. They are not advice. Always verify current requirements with the relevant regulator or a qualified professional (for example a registered migration agent) before acting.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here. Questions: legal@amberglobalhealth.com.
